Brushes are missing on the side of some of the docks. Some dock doors are not closed all the way. Corrective Action(s): Service the loading bay docks. Ensure that they are closed tightly to keep pest out. Operator has identified this problem and is developing a preventive maintenance program. Violation Score: 3
