Observation: Walk-in cooler still overly packed -goods directly on the floor in the "walk-in area" where there should be none -operator states they just received a load of goods
Corrective Action(s): NOTE: you have a number of options here to assist here:

-obtain wheeled carts that may be placed in Walk-in cooler for easier access to goods on the shelves
-obtain at least another fridge -such as a 2-door stainless fridge (notify me first)
-reduction of the menu will reduce volume of goods required

If in future inspections you are unable to keep goods off the floor in your Walk-in cooler you will be required to reduce your menu by 30%

-No employees observed eating/drinking in the kitchen areas -no employees cups observed there
-Light covers have been placed on all lighting
-foods adequately protected from contamination -covers in place
-Dishwasher re-tested: 72.7 deg C at plate level
-Daily Temperature logs maintained for fridges and dishwasher -maintain
-Chlorine Test Strips not available -operator is having difficulty locating them -discussed with operator suggestions here
-Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use
-Goods in hallway have been placed on risers
-wiping towels stored in sanitizer between uses -measured at >100ppm chlorine residual -post dishwash sign provided
