Follow-up Inspection: -No employees observed eating/drinking in the kitchen areas -no employees cups observed there -Light covers have been placed on all lighting -foods adequately protected from contamination -covers in place -Dishwasher re-tested: 72.7 deg C at plate level -Daily Temperature logs maintained for fridges and dishwasher -maintain -Chlorine Test Strips not available -operator is having difficulty locating them -discussed with operator suggestions here -Handsinks adequately stocked and clear for use -Goods in hallway have been placed on risers -wiping towels stored in sanitizer between uses -measured at >100ppm chlorine residual -post dishwash sign provided
