Back food preparation designated hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Thorough cleaning completed underneath, behind, and in between cooking equipment.
Foods protected from contamination. No food observed stored on the floor. Food products covered to protect from contamination.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
