Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BFNTMJ: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottles. Back food preparation designated hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Thorough cleaning completed underneath, behind, and in between cooking equipment. Foods protected from contamination. No food observed stored on the floor. Food products covered to protect from contamination. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator to send main cook to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent by September 30, 2019. Show confirmation of registration for course and a copy of certificate once course is completed.
