-Perishable condiments: Garlic Bean Paste and Garlic with Soy Sauce are to be made in 2 batches one for the morning to afternoon shift from 11am - 230pm and one in the evening and not to exceed 4 hours. Condiments once placed at the dining tables will not be placed back in the fridge and be discarded -operator to send me a copy of this Food Safety Plan: eric.decastro@fraserhealth.ca for the file -ALL STAFF are to follow this procedure and should be posted as a reminder

-Wiping towels in bleach sanitizer >100ppm as per test strips
-magnetic strip has been installed at back 2-compartment sink for knives
