Observation: Gap along sill (along the bottom) of Receiving door; light can be seen coming in from the outside. This is a potential entryway for pests.

2. Paint peeling off walls in walk-in cooler; rust developing on walk-in cooler walls
3. Build up of food debris/rust on shelving in walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Include identified areas as part of regular cleaning schedule. Develop and maintain cleaning checklist to ensure all areas are properly cleaned/sanitized.
