Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- No chlorine detected from the sanitizer in the spray bottle - located at the front bar.
Corrective Action(s):
- It appeared as only water was inside the spray bottle. Manager stated the solution is replenished every Sunday. Sanitizer was made again at time of inspection and was measured at 200ppm.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation:
- Three packs of tofu observed inside handwashing sink. They were in the middle of preparation.
Corrective Action(s):
- Do not do any food prep using hand sink. Always have the sink accessible for washing hands only. Tofu was removed from the handsink at the time of inspection.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser, and paper towel in a dispenser.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle and in bucket (inside kitchen) measured at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at the time of inspection.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers ranged from -13C to -18C.
- Hot held soups and rice at 60C or above.
- Bi-monthly pest control by Lower Mainland pest control - report does not indicate any catch numbers etc. Ensure to have the findings/observations in writing.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- Door screen was in place for the back door when the door was open.
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
