Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottle measured 0ppm bleach. Bleach onsite is scented.
Corrective Action(s): Staff obtained non scented bleach and remixed solution so there is 100ppm. 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water makes 100ppm. Ensure to use bleach sanitizer on food contact surfaces and change the solution at least once every few days.

Comments

Hookah lounge does not offer tea anymore. Only offers water in disposable cups and straws, no food offered.
Customers can bring own beverage as well.
No reusable cups/mugs onsite for customers and tea removed from premises.

Handwash stations in former tea area, at two compartment sinks and washroom: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available
*please obtain a paper towel stand at the two compartment sinks.
Disposable mouthpieces available for hookah
Cut fruit is for hookah use only not for eating consumption; cutting board and knife are washed and sanitized at two compartment sinks, drain plug available
General sanitation is satisfactory; no apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection
