Routine inspection: Reminder to ensure for any public temporary events with food service that is hosted by the City of Delta or any other organizations a Fraser Health temporary food permit application is completed and submitted for review. Exhaust canopy clean and available for grill and stove. 2 compartment sink available for use. Note: paper towel dispenser appears to be jammed. Additional paper towel dispenser available by door. Domestic refrigeration unit cooler section at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -21 degrees C. Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is prepared. Dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
