Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BGKNY9: - The two-compartment sink without proper drainage in the processing room has been removed and replaced with a prep table. - A two-compartment sink has been installed for manual dishwashing for cups and other measuring utensils. Ensure to follow the proper two-compartment dishwashing method (wash/rinse in one compartment, designate another sink for sanitizing only with proper sanitizer). - Air drying is done on shelving units in the processing room to prevent cross contamination. - No further actions required.
