Follow up inspection: -Line cooler was re-serviced and it was at or below 4 degrees C. -Operator has started a temperature log again for the refrigeration units. -A thermometer was available in the downstairs cooler. Thank you. Note: Legal ownership is actually Spy Castle Food Services LTD. approximately since two years ago and the current owner/operator has also been the previous owner under Baron's Manor Pub LTD. They mentioned that Baron Manor Center LTD. is inaccurate and has never been the legal owner for the above noted food service establishment. District E.H.O. will review the file's history and contact the owner/operator this week.
