Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CJANFC. -Droppings behind equipment have been cleaned up. Traps are in place. -Broken ice cream freezer has been removed from storage area. -General sanitation has improved however, walls around cooking equipment are still sticky. Clean walls routinely. -Please look into applying a finish on wall that make the walls more easily cleanable and wipeable. **Use a sanitizer spray bottle for sanitizing larger equipment (pots and pans) as they do not fit in the sanitizer bin.**
