Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon entry of EHO trays of raw chicken product fount to be stacked on top of cooking fat disposal bins.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are not using dirty used oil containers for food storage. This is not a food production surface.
Poor timing of day for photographer to use up main area of food production for photographing food items. Schedule non-food production tasks for after lunch rush and during less busy food preparation time. Facility does not have enough space to have main food processing area taken up with photography during lunch preparation and rush.

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- cleaning and sanitizing has occurred.
- Door sweep on order

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Discuss with building manager the main back exit door to garbage area is not tight fitting and door sweep requires replacement.
- Continue to trap and monitor for rodents
- Continue to clean and sanitize all areas daily as rodents will urinate while on surfaces and it can not be seen
