CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION . Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are not using dirty used oil containers for food storage. This is not a food production surface. Poor timing of day for photographer to use up main area of food production for photographing food items. Schedule non-food production tasks for after lunch rush and during less busy food preparation time. Facility does not have enough space to have main food processing area taken up with photography during lunch preparation and rush. . Violation Score: 3
