Corrective Action(s): Clean the droppings with a bleach solution and hire a professional pest control company. Send the report to Fraser Health within one week. A hole nearby had been sealed with steel wool.

-Purchase pest proof containers with tight fitted lids for all foods. "Getting Rid of Rodents" handout provided during the inspection.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
The bleach spray bottle and bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
