306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: There is build up of grease, dirt, and food debris on the floor of the main kitchen (ie top of the grease interceptor). The top portion of the grease interceptor is not flush with the ground. The operator was using plywood to cover the grease interceptor tank. Corrective Action(s): The cover must be flush with the ground and sealed. A more permanent cover is required. Date to be corrected: December 14th, 2017. Violation Score: 3
