-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 3C.
-Middle sandwich prep coolers were at 4C.
-Both milk dispensers were at 2C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Egg and sausage patties were cooked/reheated to greater than 71C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded every 2 hours.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pails were properly labelled and tested at 200ppm. Pails are time stamped and are changed every 2 hours or more as needed.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice Capp mixer sanitized after each use. Sanitizing solution changed every 2 hours.
-Mixing spoon stored in an ice/water solution. Ice is changed whenever it melts.
-Ice machine cleaned every 25 to 30 days.
-Food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports indicate no pest activity.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Assistant Manager FoodSafe Level 1 valid until September 7, 2024.
