Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available for surface disinfection/manual dishwashing. Bleach was obtained at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm chlorine solution available for surface disinfection at all times. All food prep surfaces MUST be sanitized before starting any food prep in the morning and at least every 2 hours during operation.

All tools used for food prep (blender, stirrer, scoops etc.) MUST be washed using soap and warm water --> SANITIZED by soaking in 200ppm chlorine solution for at least 30 seconds --> air dried.
