-Bulk area in sanitary condition. Product is dispensed using scoops . Scoops washed and sanitized daily; containers cleaned and sanitized once product runs low.
-Handwashing station supplied with warm water, paper towel and liquid hand soap.
-Sanitizer measured at 200 ppm in labelled spray bottles and from dispenser. Test strips available.
-All foods stored safely off the floor
-No dented cans observed
- High temperature dishwasher for scoops is measured at 76C during final rinse at the dish surface
