Second follow-up inspection to routine conducted on February 26, 2019. Premise is in improved sanitary condition. The following was observed: Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - unobstructed at time of follow-up inspection - good Chlorine residual in dishwasher at 50 ppm final rinse cycle All food products were off the floor Additional cleaning was conducted in the ventilation canopy, as well as the dry storage area and underneath the dishpit and cook line area Thank you for your co-operation.
