Corrections Noted: √ Staff present with FoodSafe at time of inspection √ Staff still manually sanitizing dishes in the sink after washing in dishwasher. Though staff stated the bleach leaves a sticky residue on dishes. Bleach bottled labelled as "splashless" which likely means that there were additives put into the bleach. **Switch bleach out for a plain bleach with no additives to prevent any chemicals being left behind on dishes after drying** - New bleach bottle for dishwasher still has not arrived. Staff spoke with owner on phone to provide an update on when it is expected. Owner stated she has one at other location and will bring it over today *email photo of new bottle set up in dishwasher when setup complete.
