Routine inspection: -handsink fully equipped -hot held foods at >60C -deli slicer is new -bleach spray bottle at 200ppm chlorine -coolers in deli and store at 4C or less -freezers in deli, store, and back area at -18C or less -walk in freezer to be installed in two weeks in the back area and bottle depot has been removed -deli manager and one staff member recently took FoodSafe *discussed plans for upcoming renos - before any renos are done in the deli area submit floor plans to EHO for approval
