Observation: Minor damage observed on the plastic holding white containers at coffee/ice cream station and handle of 2 compartment nozzle. The plastic is coming off and may contaminate food and food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Clean these areas and remove pieces of plastic. Replace and repair as needed. Correction required today for cleaning and 2 weeks for repair.

Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
Food protected from contamination with food grade covers and lids.
Utensils, condiments and single use items are sanitary.
Ice machine and stations are sanitary with dedicated scoops.
Condiments are held are on ice containers and used up within 2 hours.
Staff demonstrated good personal hygiene.
200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use and refilled at least every hour - good.
