Follow up inspection: -Rodent droppings were not present in the facility at the time of inspection. -Clearance was left behind chest freezers. -Dry goods were being covered in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids. -Hole in the second dry storage room was sealed. -Operator had a pest control service conducted on September 27, 2019 by Star Pest Control and emailed a copy of their pest control report to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health. -Floor was free of food debris and grease at the time of inspection. -Gap in the side-door was sealed with a metal piece. Note: Remove the feather duster from the food premises; Correct today. Make sure either washable wiping cloths or single use paper towels are used to clean and sanitize areas of the food premises. Dust on hard to reach areas of the walls can also be vacuumed. Please continue with the pest control measures.
