Previous infractions have been corrected. Cleaning of noted areas complete. Training and education of staff regarding personal hygiene completed. Ice scoop in basement storage is now stored in a sanitary manner. A work order has been created to upgrade this station. Most damaged utensils have been discarded. A two melted spatulas were observed and were discarded by the operator. Insert racks have been cleaned of dust and debris in the main kitchen. Some further deep cleaning is required from the basement vegetable and dairy walk in cooler. There is dust build up in the fan unit itself.
