- All handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler, two pizza prep coolers and drinks cooler are less than 4C
- Chest freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for meat sauce is at greater than 60C
- Three compartment available, sanitizing compartment is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation is satisfactory
