Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BE7TZB: - Surface sanitizer available in designated bin with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer everyday. - All dry food items stored off the floor on wooden crates. - All dry foods stored in bins with lids. - No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. - The operator MUST keep daily temperature log up to date. Monitor the temperature of the coolers and freezers everyday.
