Comments

The second follow up inspection is conducted to verify mice infestation & sanitation practice.
It found that the cleaning is not done and dry food remain in bins.

The Correction Order is issued at the time of inspection. Be inform that the Violation Ticket is going to be issued next follow up inspection if the situation with pest management and sanitation remain the same.
