Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement. Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm QUAT available from the automated dispenser. Labelled spray bottle has been emptied out just before the inspection to be cleaned/refilled. OK
-Time monitoring system in place as per corporate's policy. Time cards and logs match.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Dry storage area satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this tine. Staff washroom satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory. However, minor flour dust has been observed on floors underneath large equipment/under counter space.
