Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener and veggie slicer found in poor sanitary condition. Both had dried on food debris
Corrective Action(s): Cleaned at time of inspection, however staff on site both attempted to clean without sanitizing. Remember to always wash, rinse, then sanitize for 2min. Washing alone will not kill pathogens (bacteria, viruses, etc)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Found tomato paste stored in walk in cooler in an opened can, with (dirty) metal lid inside product
2) Found channa flour stored inside a laundry detergent container
Corrective Action(s): 1) When you opened canned foods, immediately use or move into a food grade container
2) Never store food products in chemical containers (even if they've been cleaned out) as chemical residue can often persist after washing.

Observation: 1) Dishwasher temperature display not accurately reading rinse cycle temperature. Actual rinse temp at dish surface was 180F, while guage read in the 150F range
2) Hand sink faucet broken on one side
Corrective Action(s): Have two above pieces of equipment repaired.

Kitchen not in use at time of inspection.
2 compartment sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Walk in cooler measured 2C at time of inspection. Supplied with thermometer
Chest freezer was not unlocked for inspection. Temperature & sanitation unknown
Dishwasher reached 81C internally. See above note in regards to repairing the temperature gauge
General sanitation of kitchen good, with no evidence of rodents
Sanitizer was not available in kitchen. Bleach provided on request was "lemon" scent. Do not use this product for food grade sanitizing as the lemon is a chemical product not intended for food contact surfaces.
Provided kitchen with English and Punjabi cleaning instructions for food contact surfaces
Note: yogurt is not to be made on site - must be purchased from an inspected supplier. Mixing of sour cream and buttermilk OK if kept at 4C or below.
