Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
Walk-in cooler was maintaining an ambient temperature of 3 degrees Celsius (max. 4 degrees Celsius required).
Under counter freezers were holding food frozen and ranged between -7 to -18 degrees Celsius.
Condiments cooler was holding sauces at at least 4 degrees Celsius.
Hot hold rolling unit was holding food at 76 degrees Celsius (min. 60C for hot holding is required).
Thermometers are available.

Sanitation:
Hand washing sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in spray bottles. The dispenser should be run for 1-2 minutes to ensure adequate concentration is achieved.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.

All lights are functional.
Chemicals are stored in a separate area away from food, shared with Tim Hortons on site.
Overall sanitation is satisfactory.

Staff have valid Food Safe level 1 or equivalent certifications.
Permit is posted.
