Observation: Water leak and pooled water near walk in cooler area may attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure water is mopped up and equipment is fixed so that water does not leak and pool on the floor.

Observation: Couch cloths and dough conveyer belt have stains of mold or build up and discoloration.
Small amount of mouse droppings found in the corner, right side of the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure cloths are cleaned or replaced and maintained in a sanitary condition.
Date to be corrected by: 2 weeks.
Please ensure that droppings are cleaned up under the sink, and monitor to see if they reoccur. Inspect and clean any other areas of the facility that may have droppings and monitor for activity.

This follow up inspection was conducted with an accompanying Environmental Health Officer.

No further mouse droppings noted at the time of inspection apart from small amount mentioned above.
No mouse droppings or other pests noted in product or bins.
Operator has placed traps along the walls and next to entrances, thank you.
Pallets storage area: walls have been cleaned, operator said these will be removed today.
Ensure you keep the mezzanine clean, free and clear of clutter, unnecessary items and/or food debris so there is no harborage sites for pests.
Please ensure you continue to follow up with a pest control company on a regular basis.

Corners, dough mixer stand area and equipment appear to have acceptable sanitation.
Operator has removed majority of build up and debris.
Floors and walls appear to have been cleaned and scrubbed by the operator. Thank you.
Please ensure you maintain clean surfaces, walls and floors on regular basis.

Warehouse area is dim and not well lit. Replace light bulbs to allow for effective cleaning and inspection.

No critical violations noted at the time of inspection.
No active signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection.
At this time, the Public Health Act, Correction Order can be rescinded.

This office requires you to submit a detailed sanitation plan outlining regular cleaning and maintenance schedules including your plans for pest control.
