Introduction

This is an unscheduled follow up inspection conducted in the presence of the manager. This purpose of this inspection was to complete the routine inspection that it has not been finished on October 5, 2017.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

If you will hire a substitute staff , please ensure that you have obtained the following:
1. resume 2. CRC completed for your facility 3. two references (reference letters or proof of contacting their references) 4. evidence of training and skills 5. immunization status 6. first aid (if left alone with children)

Please ensure that you have developed the Active play and Screen time policy and implemented them. Parents must be provided a copy or you have share this new policy information. Please provide a copy of the policy by Feb 1, 2018.

You stated that you have conducted emergency drill in Feb 2017 but did not record it on the calendar. Please remember to record all emergency drills.
