Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap dispenser in the staff washroom was not working. No soap was available.
Corrective Action(s): A replacement container of hand soap with a pump was purchased during the inspection. Ensure that there is always a supply of handsoap in the washroom.

Comments

Checked cooking temperatures of fried chicken.
Temperature of the refrigerated under counter drawers containing juice and sauces in portion cups (near takeout window) was 19C. After staff pushed the electrical plug in further into the socket, the temperature started to drop. Monitor temperature and ensure that the plug is not loose.
