Thermometer available for temperature monitoring. - 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle. - No evidence of pest activity observed. - Downstairs staff room/storage room satisfactory. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No concerns observed. NOTE: Renovation plan still pending. Staff to provide an update to the health inspector.
