General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted. Handwashing station is stocked with soap and paper towel. Temperature of the fridge is satisfactory. Temperature of the chicken and beef donair slices in the steam table is satisfactory. Concentration of the bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle is high and require rinsing with fresh water after sanitizing. For no-rinse bleach solution, concentration should be about 100-200ppm (1/2 tsp bleach per L water). Concentration of quats sanitizer is satisfactory. Test strips are available.
