Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water at hand washing station at back preparation area was not supplied with hot water during inspection. Staff explained that the hot water was turned off and turned on the hot water during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all designated hand washing stations with an adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to promote proper, frequent handwashing stations.

Observations:
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- High-temperature dishwasher has been repaired and is measured at 75'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during inspection
