Correction: Re-wash and re-sanitize all plates, utensils, and other food contact surfaces once the dishwasher is fixed.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B5ZTWE. CLOSURE ORDER rescinded.

- High temperature dishwasher achieved 78C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- The operator must obtain a probe thermometer that can withstand high temperature and monitor the sanitizing temperature daily. This will be verified at the time of next follow up inspection.
- Mouse droppings have been cleaned. A professional pest control report must be available.
- General sanitation has improved. Implement a regular cleaning schedule.
- Refer to Report #DSOG-B5ZTWE for any other areas that need attention.
