Note: ice formation on the floor of walk-in freezer. Operator stated they have called someone to service the unit.

General Comments:
- Handwashing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection
- Foods in hot holding unit are maintained at 60C or hotter
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Foods stored 6" off the ground
