Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher registered 0 ppm bleach in concentration after running for 3 times.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize utensils and plates manually. Set up manual dishwashing at the 2 compartment sink. Dishwasher can still be used for wash and rinse.

Observation: 1. Low temperature dishwasher unable to dispense any concentration of bleach sanitizer. Bleach stock bottle not empty.
2. Garburator sink beside the dishwasher was clogged and unable to be used.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service / fix the low temperature dishwasher to ensure 50 - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is dispensed. Correct by: Dec 1, 2022.
2. Service and fix the garburator sink to ensure waste can be drain properly. Correct by: Dec 6, 2022.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in, stand-up and display coolers at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer at -19C.
- Hot holding unit not in use at the time. Ensure food can be hot held at 60C or above.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in buckets.
- Storage practices satisfactory.
- Temperature records sporadically maintained. Ensure temperatures are maintained on a daily basis.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
