Front of house: disconnected plumbing
Back of house: no paper towel / liquid hand soap

**Corrected during inspection**
1. use of front filling stations to be discontinued until handwashing station is repaired/reinstalled.
2. back handwashing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels for proper handwashing. Washroom sink is not a suitable replacement for a handwashing station (door can be closed, restricting access to sink)

Routine inspection conducted.
Water from municipal system is filtered by reverse osmosis and undergoes ozonation prior to dispensation

Sanitation:
Handwashing station disabled at front; plumbing has been disconnected. Self serve water no longer offered.
Staff stated water would not be filled using these stations
Post signage to ensure customers and employees understand stations are not to be used until repaired.
Bottles sanitized using UN3266 (Potassium hydroxide, soap) and NoriQATS; washing unit runs between 50-70°C

Maintenance:
Filters changed approximately every 2 months; flow rate meters used to determine filter life.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Air gap present between water bottles and water dispensers stations
Used bottle gaps are recycled after use, new ones are pre-packaged and sealed inside boxes

Please develop and utilize logs that ensure bottle cleaning unit is properly operating (e.g. sanitizer concentration, rinse water temperature), logs for filter changes.
Provide two most recent water test sampling results to district EHO
