Observation: Observed rodent droppings on shelves of large dry goods and underneath shelves. Observed droppings near a trap; found large amount of food debris concentrated in the area. Rodent droppings found in the back storage area as well.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the droppings ; ensure to wet them first with bleach sanitizer prior to removing them to prevent aerosolizing them. Clean and sanitize the area. Regular maintenance and cleaning is required for sanitiation and monitoring purposes.

Observation: Premises extremely cluttered. Too many items stacked on one another which makes it extremely difficult to reach in to clean. Upstairs storage and main floor back storage must be organized to facilitate easier and regular cleaning. These conditions allow pests to harbour and breed. As there are signs of rodent infestation, more frequent cleaning is required
