Follow-up Inspection
All violations have been corrected:
- Hand sink is clean, free of food debris, and unobstructed, garbage container has been relocated.
- Rodents droppings have been cleaned up, no signs of pest observed, please have pest control professionals inspect the facility on a regular basis
- Facility has been deep cleaned, all equipment clean and sanitary, with grease and grime removed.

No concern noted during the follow up inspection.
