- Ensure to pull out equipment to clean hard to reach areas at least once a week.
- Bean sprouts held in cold water at below 4C at time of inspection. Ensure used up within 2 hours.
- Ensure rice scoop is also held in ice water in between uses, and wash and sanitize every 2 hours.
