Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot dogs and chili were > 60 C. Temperature records were up to date. The ice machine is cleaned every week. Blenders and juicers are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Quats sanitizer measured at 200ppm. No evidence of pests, traps were in place. General sanitation was satisfactory.
