Observation: Old rodent droppings noted underneath shelving units for boxes of tea and dried pearls. Operator has a on contract with a pest control company.
Corrective Action(s): Have the old droppings removed and have the area properly disinfected with a 100ppm chlorine solution (mix 25ml of regular bleach with 4 liters of water). Advise the pest company of the problem and have potential rodent entry points seal. The facility also needs to be thoroughly mopped to remove all spills of syrup or other food debris.
