Gravy was noted at 60.0C.
Fume hood and deep fryers noted in sanitary condition.
Sanitizer spray bottle (bottle labeled) available and noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
