Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle and dispenser measured at 200ppm.
High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77.6C final rinse temperature. 2-compartment sink available. Preparation sink available.
Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration adheres to temperature health requirements. Thermometers in all cooling units available.
Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be protected against contamination.
Exhaust hood sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure to allow QUATs dispenser for longer than 10 seconds to ensure warm solution is dispensed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
