Inspection conducted due to added menu items and equipment, as per submitted proposal outlined in Rpt MBEK-AZVUVC.
The following has been submitted: Updated floor plan, food safety plan, and sanitation plan for the processing of baked non-potentially hazardous foods such as cookies and muffins. A sample of the labels for baked goods has been submitted. A dedicated hand washing sink, ovens, and stainless steel preparation table have been added to existing kitchen. Vinyl coated ceiling tiles in place. No other changes to previously approved floor plans or operations. NSF certified domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle in place along with two-compartment stainless steel sink. Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Dedicated hand washing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels in a dispenser. Equipment is stored in sanitary condition.
Processing of approved food items is permitted only in kitchen area. Room located across from kitchen area is for food and equipment storage only.
