Comments

The two standing 2-door coolers are not capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 4C or below at the time of inspection. The remaining 1-Door under counter cooler and 2-Door prep cooler are not sufficient to operate a food service establishment in a safe manner as you are lacking sufficient cold storage space. Closure order issued at time of inspection, Call for re-inspection. You may not re-open until an inspection by our office results in the closure order being rescinded.
