-Followup Inspection
-Violation ticket issued due to the infractions noted on previous inspection dated December 8, 2020. Non compliance with a Public Health Act Order.
-Most of the food and equipment stored in back hallway have been removed.
-One storage rack of foods and utensils by back door to hallway still noted with black pesticide boxes beside it. Photos taken.
-Stack of food equipment stored by the exit door to the outside noted. Photos taken.
-Covid 19 safety plan could not be provided. Operator emailed district inspector a letter from the City of Surrey dated August 14, 2020. Purpose of letter was to provide guidelines on how to have in place necessary operational protocols for covid-19. Max occupancy limit and limit of chairs per table were not observed in the premises as some tables had more than 6 chairs and were not 6 ft apart.
