Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was depleted at onset of inspection. 0ppm chlorine residual detectable.
Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared a fresh sanitizer solution at time of inspection. Chlorine residual in the solution is now within acceptable range (ie. between 100-200ppm chlorine).
*Mix bleach solutions at a ratio of 1/2 teaspoon bleach per Litre of water in the solution to make a 100ppm concentration solution*
